We hope you love your purchase from Baby Bert, but if something is not quite as you’d hoped we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
-Contact us via our Get in Touch page prior to returning any items
-Please State your Name, Order Number & Reason for Return
We will then review your request.
Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming the return along with your Returns Authorisation Code.
Items must be shipping back to Baby Bert, 56 Ballygarvey Road, Ballymena, Co. Antrim, BT43 7HB undamaged and in the original packaging.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original purchasing card.
-Items must not be damaged or soiled in any manner.
-Items must be returned unworn and in good and salable condition.
-Brand Packaging and labeling of the item must not be destroyed or damaged.
-We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
-Baby Bert does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
-Packages without an RAC number will unfortunately not be accepted and will be returned.
-Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Baby Bert.
-Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods.
-Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
-Baby Bert does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
